After inspection and observation of the condition of hot water tanks, boilers and the heat exchanger with presence of limescale and rust on the fittings and accessories at the sanitary facilities of the rooms, STPE Sarl proposed to install on a trial basis in order to prove the efficiency of Vulcan.

• In the technical area (hot water tanks, boiler and heat exchanger)
• In the technical duct, on two pipes that supply hot and cold water to part of the rooms in order to remove scale and rust from the taps and sanitary accessories of the rooms

The choice to treat only part of the rooms was made in order to compare the difference between the treated and untreated areas.

After an eight-week follow-up by us, accompanied by the Head of Maintenance, visual observation on the hot water tank and pictures. We found that the resistance and the walls of the tank were clean. The scale had loosened and fallen off, and it was a friable proof of the effect of the Vulcan treatment.

Concerning the rooms that have been treated. We found that the rust had disappeared and that the taps were clean as well as the shower and sanitary accessories, unlike the untreated rooms. The Vulcan treatment was effective in twenty-four out of twenty-four hours per day. The treated water will continue over time to de-clog layer by layer the scale on the entire installation.
