Tianyi Plastic Products removed mineral scale in injection molding equipment
We were skeptical about the Vulcan device and doubted its claim to remove mineral scale. After about a 3 month trial using the Vulcan S50, the scale on the equipment has been significantly reduced. This not only saves a lot of water treatment costs but also greatly improved the efficiency of the equipment and our cleaning intervals have been prolonged.

Our company Tianyi Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is equipped with 3 inspection device for the central laboratory, 18 injection molding machines and 5 pipe production machines, with an annual production capacity of about $29 million USD.
The company’s production line was scaled badly. 1-2 Times a week our maintenance staff had to manually clean the equipment causing 4-6 hours of lost productively and impacted our daily production efficiencies.
Admittedly, we were skeptical about the Vulcan device and doubled its claim to remove mineral scale. After all, how could such a simple product solve our daily/ weekly scaling problems to where we would spend hours of lost production time manually cleaning production equipment?

The picture above is the mold of the septic tank without Vulcan treatment. After running for 1 month, it had been scaled badly, and even the small water holes were blocked. Because it was very difficult to clean, it needed to be returned to the original manufacturer for clean up, it greatly affected the production capacity.
After installing Vulcan S50 for 1 month to treat the mold of septic tank the scale has already been significantly reduced.
